Cold-Outreach Privacy Notice

How we use business-contact data for B2B outreach · Last updated: 10 July 2026

If you received a business email from us, this notice explains what personal data we hold about you, why we are allowed to contact you, and how to object or opt out at any time. It supplements our full Privacy Policy.

Don't want to hear from us? Simply reply to any of our emails with the word unsubscribe, or email customer@agiliton.ai. We will remove you permanently — usually within minutes, and in any case without undue delay. You never have to give a reason.

1.Who we are (the data controller)

The controller of your personal data is Agiliton Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus.

2.Why you received an email from us

We provide AI-built enterprise training and business-automation services. We contacted you because your professional role at your organisation suggests our services may be relevant to your work. This is business-to-business outreach sent to a work email address only — we do not send marketing to personal email accounts, and we do not process special-category data.

3.Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK & EU GDPR) — specifically, our legitimate interest in reaching relevant business decision-makers about services that may help their organisation. Before starting outreach we completed a documented Legitimate Interests Assessment (the ICO three-part test of purpose, necessity and balance) for each role and sector we contact.

Where the ePrivacy rules (UK PECR / EU ePrivacy) apply, our emails are sent to corporate subscribers on a legitimate-interest basis, are clearly identified as coming from Agiliton, carry an honest subject line, and always offer a working, no-cost way to opt out.

4.What data we hold, and where it came from

CategoryExamples
Professional identityName, job title, employer / organisation
Business contact detailsWork email address; occasionally a public work phone number
Publicly available professional contextInformation you or your organisation have published (e.g. company website, professional profiles, conference talks, articles) used only to judge relevance
Engagement dataWhether an email was opened, a link clicked, or a reply sent

Sources: publicly available professional and company information, and reputable business-contact data providers. We do not buy or use consumer / personal data.

5.How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers who help us send and manage this outreach (e.g. our email-delivery platform), who act on our instructions under data-processing terms.

6.How long we keep it

If you do not engage, we delete or fully anonymise your contact record within 12 months. If you opt out, we keep the minimum information needed to honour your request (your email address on a suppression list) permanently, so that we never contact you again.

7.Your rights

You have the right to object to this processing at any time, and rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. To exercise any right — or simply to be removed — reply unsubscribe to any email or contact customer@agiliton.ai. We will not charge you and will respond without undue delay (within one month).

8.Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please do contact us.

In short: we email business decision-makers about relevant services, on a legitimate-interest basis, to work addresses only — and you can stop it instantly by replying unsubscribe.
